T-Order AI Surpasses 45,000 Cumulative Use Cases
Half of Users Now Manage Stores with AI
Accelerating Transition to AI Data Infrastructure Company
Table order company T-Order announced on June 22 that the number of users for its AI-based store management service, "T-Order AI," is rapidly increasing. Since a major update in June, nearly half of T-Order users have been carrying out actual store operation work using T-Order AI. The cumulative number of automated work tasks processed has surpassed 45,000 cases.
T-Order AI is an executable AI agent service that enables business owners to directly request store operation work—such as registering banner images, editing menu images, and changing set menu configurations—within the KakaoTalk channel they use daily. The AI then reflects these requests in the actual store system. Unlike chatbots that only provide simple consultations or respond to inquiries, T-Order AI connects store owners' requests to actual system changes and updates on their tablets.
Previously, store operators had to submit requests to the customer service center for tasks such as registering promotional banners or updating menu boards, which would then be reviewed by the internal operations team before being reflected in the system. With the introduction of T-Order AI, this process has been automated, improving both operational efficiency and response speed. Business owners can now conveniently handle work through AI in the KakaoTalk channel without having to consult with customer service, and their requests are reflected on the store tablet within seconds, without any waiting time.
T-Order is currently building a separate AI data infrastructure so that, starting this August, even business owners who do not use T-Order will be able to utilize T-Order AI. The plan is to advance the platform into an independent AI management platform that enables all business owners, regardless of whether they are franchisees or not, to automate store operations through AI—going beyond the AI automation centered on existing T-Order stores. Through this, all sales activities for business owners—including sending targeted messages, encouraging repeat visits, and recommending store-specific promotions—will be connected via AI.

Kwon Sungtaek, CEO of T-Order, said, "T-Order AI is not simply an operational AI agent but an executable AI infrastructure that integrates offline store data to simultaneously drive operational efficiency and sales growth for business owners. We will expand beyond the existing table order infrastructure to develop an offline AI management platform where every business owner can operate stores with AI."
