Under the guidance of Aloha Ideas, a social enterprise that has collaborated for years with Citi Korea Bank on the storybook reading project, participants received voice training from professional voice actors. They acted out various characters from the stories themselves and completed a total of eight audio storybooks.
One participant, the child of a corporate client employee who has dreamed of becoming a voice actor since childhood, received professional training for the first time and stood in the recording booth that day. The child said, "It was just a vague dream, but actually doing it today gave me the confidence that 'I can do this too.' I want to use this experience as a stepping stone to pursue my dream of becoming a voice actor more concretely."
The audio storybooks completed that day will be donated to a multicultural education social venture and used as content to provide emotional comfort and enjoyment to children from multicultural families. A corporate representative who participated in the activity commented, "It was a special experience just knowing that companies who usually compete in their respective fields gathered together for the sake of the community. Through working together for a good cause, we came to understand each other more deeply, and I once again realized that these kinds of activities help build positive relationships."
