Seocho-gu, Seoul announced on June 21 that it will hold a tax seminar under the theme "2027 Housing Tax Outlook and Preparation for Inheritance and Gift Taxes" at the Seocho Cultural Arts Center Art Hall at 2 p.m. on July 13.
This seminar is being organized to provide accurate information on the latest tax trends in response to increased interest in capital gains tax and inheritance and gift taxes, which has arisen due to recent changes in real estate policies. The goal is to address residents' questions regarding taxes.

A separate Q&A session will also be held at the seminar, allowing attendees to ask tax experts directly about issues they have been curious about.
Residents interested in attending can register on the Seocho-gu Office website or by phone. Registration is limited to the first 600 people on a first-come, first-served basis.
After the seminar, for residents who are unable to attend in person, Seocho-gu plans to provide a replay video and summary content through the "Tax Station" and the Seocho-gu Tax Department YouTube channel.
