The program is open to unemployed youth aged 34 or younger who have graduated from or are expected to graduate from a two-year college or higher. Training will be conducted in five regions nationwide: Pangyo in Gyeonggi Province, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju, and Busan. More than half of the curriculum is led by current industry professionals, and the entire program is free of charge. Trainees who meet the attendance requirements will also receive a monthly participation stipend. A total of 200 trainees will be selected, and applications are open until July 6.

The training is centered on project-based learning (PBL), where trainees work on real-world assignments and participate in presentations and competitions. KT explained that it has incorporated educational know-how accumulated from running the "KT Able School" AI and digital talent training program since 2021 into this new curriculum.

Additional programs to support workplace adaptation and independence, such as business communication and work-smart education, will also be provided. Trainees will have the opportunity to learn directly from KT industry experts about real-world work experience and practical skills, and to explore various career paths through KT Group company tours and job experience programs.

Lee Sunjoo, Executive Vice President and Head of Talent at KT, said, "KT will continue to actively support the growth and social advancement of young people based on our expertise in ICT and AX, as well as our educational know-how."
