Sixteen Reserved Units at "Indeokwon Persviel" Up for Sale... Immediate Move-In After Final Payment
Sixteen reserved units at the "Indeokwon Persviel" apartment complex, located in Uiwang, Gyeonggi Province, are entering the sales process. These reserved units, which were set aside as a contingency during the redevelopment and reconstruction process, are being released for sale in what is considered effectively the last opportunity for buyers to enter this new apartment complex, drawing significant interest from genuine home seekers.
The Naesonra District Housing Redevelopment Maintenance Association has posted a sales tender notice for the 16 reserved units on the Public Procurement Service’s Nara Marketplace and the association’s official website, initiating the formal process. The complex, situated in Naeson-dong, Uiwang, Gyeonggi Province, consists of 14 buildings ranging from four basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, totaling 2,180 units. The reserved units being sold comprise two units of 49㎡, eight units of 59㎡, three units of 74㎡, and three units of 84㎡ in exclusive area.
Bidding will take place exclusively through in-person submissions at the association office from June 22 to June 26, 2026. The opening of bids will occur after 16:00 on June 26, 2026, using an open competitive auction method in which the highest bidder above the minimum bid price is selected as the successful bidder. The contract period will run from June 29 to June 30, 2026. Unlike general sales, this reserved unit auction does not require a subscription savings account, and anyone nationwide who is at least 19 years old may participate.
"Indeokwon Persviel" is a large-scale apartment complex jointly constructed by Daewoo E&C, GS E&C, and Lotte E&C. During its general sale in 2023, it achieved an average competition rate of 11:1 and sold out early. Move-ins have been ongoing from June 10 to August 31, 2026, and successful bidders can move in immediately after completing the final payment. The area surrounding the complex is equipped with a variety of infrastructure and educational facilities from the Pyeongchon New Town and Indeokwon living zones. Additionally, major transportation projects such as the GTX-C line, the Wolgot–Pangyo line, and the Dongtan–Indeokwon line are planned for Indeokwon Station, further enhancing future transport convenience.
