Mirae Asset Securities announced on the 17th that its board of directors had resolved to acquire KRW 300 billion worth of treasury shares, the largest amount in its history.
The acquisition target consists of KRW 200 billion in common shares, KRW 10 billion in first preferred shares, and KRW 90 billion in second preferred shares.
This is the largest scale ever, and it is the first time that first preferred shares have been included in the acquisition.
