View original imageLocated on Block A-1 of Wangsuk 2 District, 'Wangsuk Atera' is the first main subscription complex to be supplied in the area. It is a privately-participated public sale apartment project to which the price ceiling system applies. The complex will consist of seven buildings, with two basement levels and 29 above-ground floors, offering a total of 812 units with exclusive areas of 59, 74, and 84 square meters. By unit type, there are 350 units of 59㎡A, 188 units of 59㎡B, 73 units of 74㎡, and 201 units of 84㎡.
In the general allocation conducted last month, 23,525 people applied for 223 available units, resulting in an average competition ratio of 105.5 to 1. The highest competition ratio reached 393.6 to 1. Previously, during the special allocation, 14,001 applications were submitted for 131 available units, resulting in an average competition ratio of 106.9 to 1.
The main reason for the high subscription rate for Wangsuk Atera is its transportation infrastructure. Within a 1-kilometer radius of the complex, new stations for the extended Seoul Subway Line 9 (Gangdong-Hanam-Namyangju Line) and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line are scheduled to be established. The complex also offers excellent access to the Seoul Metropolitan Area's First Ring Expressway, Bukbu Expressway, Seoul-Yangyang Expressway, and Sejong-Pocheon Expressway. In addition, a new road network connecting to Dasan New Town is planned. The area surrounding the complex features parks such as Ilpae Neighborhood Park and Dasan Central Park, providing a pleasant residential environment.
The company plans to enhance the product appeal to match its brand landmark status. The buildings are primarily south-facing to improve lighting and ventilation. All units feature specialized floor plans, including a four-bay layout, dressing rooms, and entrance storage to maximize space efficiency. Some unit types offer an additional multipurpose room (Alpha Room).

A sales representative said, "Following the strong demand seen in the special allocation, the general allocation also attracted a large number of applicants. We aim to establish this as the landmark complex representing the third phase of new towns, based on differentiated product appeal and quality." Contracts for successful applicants will be held from August 10 to 14. Move-in is scheduled for February 2029.
