XCure Attends Naoris Q Day... Accelerates Exclusive Quantum Security Business Expansion in Korea
XCure has begun working with the global quantum security company Naoris Quantum Protocol (hereafter referred to as Naoris) to expand commercialization efforts in the domestic and Asian markets.
XCure announced on the 17th that its CEO, Kim Jiwon, was officially invited and attended Naoris's "Q Day" event held in New York, USA.
This event was organized to share Naoris's next-generation quantum security technology and global digital infrastructure security model, at a time when security threats from advances in quantum computing and the importance of post-quantum security technology are increasing worldwide.
Significantly, the event took place as Naoris is pursuing a pre-IPO (pre-listing investment raising) and listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), making it a meaningful occasion to communicate the company's growth strategy and future business expansion plans to global investors and capital market stakeholders.
The event was attended by global investors and key figures from the financial and media sectors. Celebrities such as Kevin O'Leary, known from "Shark Tank," the Najarian brothers, renowned Wall Street options and trading experts, and Fox Business hosts Charles Payne and Liz Claman participated and expressed interest in Naoris's technology and growth potential.
The second day of Q Day was held at Delmonico's, an iconic venue near Wall Street in New York. The company explained that the venue was selected to strengthen its connections with the global capital market and to share Naoris's US market expansion strategy.
CEO Kim Jiwon also held separate meetings with Naoris's management and major investors to discuss commercialization strategies for the Korean and Asian markets during her visit to the event.
At these meetings, discussions were held on Naoris's Regulation A-based capital raising plans, the status of the pre-IPO process, and the timeline for pursuing a New York Stock Exchange listing, as part of the company's US capital market entry strategy.
XCure explained that it has confirmed investment interest exceeding the expected public offering size for Naoris. The company expects that as the global investment base and technical support capabilities expand, Naoris Korea, which oversees the domestic market, will also be empowered to accelerate its business initiatives.
Naoris is a company expanding its global business in the fields of digital assets, blockchain, and financial infrastructure security, based on post-quantum security technology, decentralized security verification, and real-time threat response solutions.
Recently, it was announced that World Liberty Financial's (WLFI) dollar-based stablecoin USD1 will be introduced on Mova Chain, and that Naoris's security protocol will be applied in this process, drawing attention to the company in the global stablecoin infrastructure security market.
XCure plans to actively promote the domestic quantum security and digital asset security infrastructure business through Naoris Korea, a joint venture established with Naoris.
Based on Naoris's exclusive domestic commercialization rights, the strategy is to apply global commercial references to the domestic market for financial institutions, telecommunications companies, public institutions, digital asset companies, custody and wallet service providers, and others.
Kim Jiwon, CEO of XCure, stated, "Attending Q Day in New York was a meaningful opportunity to directly discuss Naoris's global growth strategy and the business direction for the Korean market," adding, "Through Naoris Korea, we will successfully apply quantum security technology with global references to the domestic financial, telecommunications, public, and digital asset markets, and connect these efforts to tangible business achievements and revenue."
