Y-Biologics to Attend BIO USA 2026... "Expanding Global Collaboration"
YBiologics will participate in the "Bio International Convention 2026" (Bio USA), which will be held in San Diego, United States, from June 22 to June 25.
According to YBiologics on June 17, Bio USA is the world’s largest bioindustry event organized by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) of the United States. It brings together pharmaceutical and biotech companies, investors, and research institutions from around the globe to explore a wide range of collaboration opportunities, including technology licensing (L/O) and joint research.
During the convention, the company plans to hold one-on-one partnering meetings with multiple global big pharma and biotech firms. YBiologics aims to actively seek early technology licensing opportunities and possibilities for joint development with these partners.
In April, at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR 2026), YBiologics presented preclinical data on its pipeline candidates "AR170" and "AR166," both based on its proprietary Multi-AbKine platform, as well as results from its core proprietary technology, "IL-2v (Interleukin-2 variant) screening." These presentations garnered significant attention.
At that time, the company confirmed that its compounds showed superior CD8+ T cell proliferation and activation effects compared to competing drugs. In particular, it demonstrated the ability to form immune memory that prevents tumor regrowth in tumor rechallenge models, drawing considerable interest from the academic community. Additionally, by unveiling its screening technology for selecting optimal IL-2v candidates, YBiologics proved its capabilities as a platform company that can continuously generate promising follow-up pipelines such as AR170 and AR166.
