On June 16, SK AX introduced its AI platform 'Xgentic NPO' at the 'IMAGINE AX 2026' conference and shared various examples of collaboration with companies from different industries.
In his keynote speech, SK AX President Kim Wanjong emphasized, "A company's competitiveness does not come from simply adopting better AI, but from creating new growth value through company-wide optimization enabled by AI." He added, "Companies need to develop core AX capabilities, including strategy, technology, data, operational systems, talent, and change management."
SK AX presented its 'Being AX' experience, which involves transforming company-wide work and operations through AI. The company explained that this is based on a strategic roadmap. SK AX stressed the importance of clearly defining the purpose and expected outcomes of AI adoption, as well as the need for an integrated platform where AI can operate. SK AX has developed the agentic AI platform 'XgenticWire NPO' to manage collaboration between agents, security, quality variations, and costs.
Executives from major customers and partners in various fields, including manufacturing, semiconductors, finance, and HR, also shared real-world examples of collaboration. OpenAI, which has formed a partnership for enterprise AI business cooperation, is strengthening the AX innovation model by understanding the context of internal enterprise systems and maximizing return on investment.
SK hynix, in collaboration with SK AX, has expanded the precision and data utilization of its manufacturing processes by leveraging digital twins and is accelerating the transition to an autonomous factory model to maximize yield.
