KB Kookmin Bank announced on June 16 that it is recruiting applicants for the "2026 Summer Experiential Internship" program, targeting young talents who will lead the future financial market.
The recruitment fields include a total of three areas: digital, IT, and AI·platform development. Interested applicants can apply through the KB Kookmin Bank recruitment website until June 24. The recruitment process consists of a document screening, competency test, and video interview, in that order. All stages will be conducted online for the convenience of applicants.
The final successful candidates will be announced in early July and will work for six weeks in KB Kookmin Bank's headquarters departments starting from July 20. Selected interns will participate in a variety of programs including basic training by field, project execution, and on-the-job mentoring.
In particular, KB Kookmin Bank will grant an exemption from the document screening stage in the open recruitment for new employees to all internship program graduates. Additionally, outstanding and top-performing graduates will receive extra benefits, such as exemption from the written test.
