BYD Korea Launches First Service Hub in Northern Gyeonggi
Up to 30 Vehicles Serviced Daily with Five Work Bays
Service Network to Expand to 26 Locations by Year-End
BYD Korea has opened a service center in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, to strengthen customer service in the northern Gyeonggi region.
According to a statement on the 15th, the BYD Korea Uijeongbu Service Center is the first official BYD service hub in the northern Gyeonggi area. It is expected to significantly improve service accessibility for customers not only in Uijeongbu but also in nearby areas such as Yangju, Dongducheon, and Pocheon.
The center is equipped with five work bays and can service up to 30 vehicles per day, which is expected to greatly enhance service convenience for local customers.
Technicians at the center, who have completed BYD's specialized technical training program, provide not only general maintenance but also specialized inspections and diagnostic services for electric vehicles. The maintenance process follows BYD's global service standards, ensuring that customers receive more systematic and consistent service.
A BYD Korea representative stated, "In the electric vehicle market, not only product competitiveness but also fast and convenient customer service is a key factor in building brand trust. By opening the Uijeongbu Service Center, we aim to improve service accessibility for customers in the northern Gyeonggi region and ensure that they can use BYD with peace of mind even after purchasing their vehicles. We will continue to enhance service quality and expand our network."
