Medical Student Caught Stealing Women's Underwear After Breaking Into One-Room Apartment in the Morning
"Report: The Man Next Door Is Rummaging Through My Laundry"
A medical student was apprehended by police after breaking into a one-room apartment where a woman lived alone and stealing several pieces of underwear.
On June 15, the Seoul Dongjak Police Station announced that a man in his 20s, identified as A, has been booked without detention on charges of trespassing and theft.
According to the police, A is suspected of breaking into the victim’s one-room apartment, located next door to his residence in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, at around 9:25 a.m. on June 13.
Police responded to an emergency call reporting, "The man next door has entered my home and is rummaging through my laundry." Upon arrival, officers apprehended A at the scene. After separating the victim and A, police recovered items including underwear and socks—believed to belong to the victim and other women—from a trash bag A had discarded before his arrest.
