Chairman Sukchang Kyu of Webcash Takes Direct Control of Bizplay, Accelerating Corporate AI Transformation
"Accelerating Growth in Expense Management and B2E Services"
Bizplay, the No.1 company in domestic expense management and business-to-employee (B2E) services, announced on June 14 that as of June 1, the company has transitioned to direct management under Sukchang Kyu, founder and Chairman of the Webcash Group.
This shift to founder-led management is interpreted as an expression of intent to further solidify the company’s market leadership in the era of artificial intelligence (AI).
Bizplay’s B2E services are closely integrated with the daily work life of corporate employees. A prime example of automating complex business travel tasks is the "bzp Travel Management Service." This service integrates 44 partner infrastructures, including airlines, hotels, trains, and rental cars, allowing all processes from application to reimbursement to be managed through a single mobile platform.
With Chairman Suk’s appointment as CEO, Bizplay is implementing changes in its business strategy. For large enterprises with annual sales of 10 trillion won or more and over 10,000 employees, Bizplay is promoting an on-premise, connector-based business model. This model links external services in five key domains—expense management, business travel, employee welfare, meal allowances, and general affairs—to the companies’ internal systems.
The company also plans to focus on implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management. In particular, through its "eACCOUNTING" platform, which automates the entire flow of enterprise funds, Bizplay aims to provide a one-stop solution for expense management, reimbursement, and accounting integration, positioning itself as a "connection hub" linking businesses with the external ecosystem.
Previously, Bizplay introduced Korea’s first B2E innovation model in 2022, and over the past three years has invested 30 billion won to upgrade its services, earning the selection of major domestic corporations such as Hyundai Motor Company and POSCO DX.
