Guam 2-dong Saemaul Library in Masan Hoewon-gu Holds 'Children's Economic Experience Flea Market'
Fostering Economic Thinking and Creating a Space for Sharing
On June 14, Guam 2-dong in Masan Hoewon-gu, Changwon Special City, announced that the 12th Children's Economic Experience Flea Market was held at the children's park in front of the Administrative Welfare Center, hosted by Saemaul Library.
At the event held on June 13, over 100 residents, including children, directly participated in planning and operating the market, providing a learning opportunity to experience economic activities and learn the value of sharing.
Saemaul Library stated that the proceeds from the event will be used as prize money for reading promotion activities, such as the Saemaul Library Reading Competition.
Park Heeyoung, president of Saemaul Library, expressed deep gratitude to the members of Saemaul Library and various organizations who helped prepare the event, and stated, "We will continue to strive to ensure that Saemaul Library in Guam 2-dong remains an organization that is always together with residents."
