Operation of Laughter Therapy Program
On June 11, Guam 2-dong in Masan Member-gu, Changwon Special City, operated the Guam Academy "All Together Ha Ha Ha" laughter therapy program as part of this year's resident self-governance project. The event took place in the large conference room on the third floor of the district administrative welfare center, with the participation of more than 100 residents.
This program was organized to help residents relieve stress, promote emotional stability, and foster a vibrant community atmosphere. Led by a professional instructor, residents enjoyed various participation-based activities such as laughter exercises and recreational games, sharing moments of laughter and communication together.
Participants actively engaged in the program, which combined laughter and physical activity, allowing them to relieve daily stress and share empathy and a sense of connection with one another.
