Woowa Brothers, the company responsible for Baemin’s logistics services, announced on the 11th that it held the "2026 Baemin B Mart Middle-aged and Senior Recruitment Briefing Session" in collaboration with the Seoul 50 Plus Foundation.
This recruitment briefing session was organized as part of the middle-aged and senior talent support program by the Seoul 50 Plus Foundation, a public institution under the Seoul Metropolitan Government that supports job opportunities and career transitions for Seoul citizens aged 40 to 64. Woowa Brothers signed a work agreement with the foundation in 2024 to promote employment among the middle-aged and senior population, and this year, the company was selected as the implementing organization for the program, further expanding public cooperation for middle-aged recruitment.

Through ongoing online and offline recruitment activities such as job briefings, practical work experiences, and job fairs, more than 160 people are currently working at Baemin B Mart locations.
At this briefing session, the company recruited a double-digit number of "crew" members who will be responsible for tasks such as picking items, packing, stocking, and product management at Baemin B Mart branches in Seoul. To improve accessibility, all participants were allowed to take part in on-site interviews without document screening.
Woowa Brothers operates the Baemin B Mart recruitment system so that middle-aged and senior applicants can apply through the same procedures as general recruitment, regardless of their age or gender. After joining as a crew member, employees can advance to managerial positions such as Crew Leader, Captain, and Center Leader (CL) based on their skills and experience, thanks to a structured, step-by-step system.
