Kim Kyung-Dae's Mayoral Transition Committee Launched in Yongsan, Organized into Four Divisions

Implementation Plans for Pledges to Be Prepared by June 30
The mayoral transition committee for Kim Kyung-Dae, Mayor-elect of Yongsan District, was officially launched on June 10.
According to Yongsan District Office on June 11, the committee’s appointment ceremony and nameplate unveiling were held that day in the transition committee’s office on the second basement floor of the Yongsan District General Administration Town. The committee consists of a total of 30 members, including Chairman Shim Gyo-Eon, Vice Chairman Hwang Jong-Man, 15 committee members, and Chief Advisory Member Lee Jeong-Hoon.

View original imageChairman Shim is currently a professor at Konkuk University's Graduate School of Real Estate Studies. He is an expert in urban and real estate affairs, having previously served as head of the real estate team for the Presidential Transition Committee and as the 18th President of the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements.
The committee is organized into four divisions: the Global City Development Committee (headed by Sohn Seo-Hee), the Safety, Transportation, and Infrastructure Committee (headed by Jeon Ji-Hye), the Livelihood Economy and Integrated Welfare Committee (headed by Lee Ho-Gap), and the Administration, Education, and Culture-Tourism Committee (headed by Song Ji-Seong). The committee will be active until June 30, preparing detailed implementation plans for key pledges and reviewing and supporting the overall transition of district administration.
