The Netflix series 'Punishment Education' has reached the top spot in the global non-English show category.
According to the official Netflix website 'Netflix Top 10' on June 10, 'Punishment Education', which was released on June 5, recorded 6.4 million views in just three days. It ranked first in ten countries, including Korea, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines, and entered the top 10 in forty-eight countries.
'Punishment Education' is a drama that depicts the actions of a fictional government agency, the School Authority Protection Bureau, which stands on the side of victims and works to correct schools. The cast includes Kim Muyeol, Lee Sungmin, Jin Giju, and Pyo Jihoon.
