The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business announced on June 9 that it will be hiring experienced professionals to ensure stable management of mutual aid assets and to strengthen its information security and data management capabilities.

View original imageThe recruitment areas include three positions related to asset management—equity investment, infrastructure investment, and risk management—and three IT positions—information security (general and operational), data management, and data architect (DA). Anyone who meets the specific requirements for each position and has no disqualifications under the federation's HR regulations is eligible to apply.
Applications will be accepted from June 9 to June 29. Applicants should submit their application form, career statement, and self-introduction and job implementation plan through the federation’s website. The announcement of the successful candidates for the document screening is scheduled for July 3, and the expected hiring date is in August.

Final candidates will be selected through an interview following the document screening. The contract period is two years from the date of appointment and may be extended based on work performance. For IT operational positions, permanent employment may be offered depending on performance.
