ITCEN Global Accelerates Global Expansion Through Investment in Promising Startups
Partnering with Draper for Open Innovation
ITCEN Global is partnering with Draper Startup House to accelerate the global expansion of promising domestic startups through investment and collaboration.
On June 8, ITCEN Global announced that it will run the open innovation program, '2026 ITCEN x DRAPER Open Innovation,' in collaboration with the Draper Startup House Korea Center.
This program is a group-wide integrated open innovation initiative, involving ITCEN Global and five of its key affiliates, including ITCEN Entech. It aims to discover and nurture promising startups across various sectors such as artificial intelligence (AI), Web3, and physical AI.
The ITCEN Group is expanding its business portfolio beyond its existing system integration (SI)-oriented structure to include proprietary solutions, SaaS, and AI-based services. With this program, the group aims to gain momentum for global expansion by incorporating external innovative technologies into its businesses.
Applications for participation are open until June 24. Startups and technology companies in relevant fields can apply, regardless of their years in business, and any company possessing innovative technology suitable for collaboration with ITCEN Group may participate without restriction on the field.
Approximately 10 companies will be selected, each receiving customized investment consideration as well as opportunities for various follow-up investments, including club deals with Draper Startup House. In addition, tailored follow-up acceleration programs and support for entering overseas markets will be provided, utilizing the Draper global venture network and addressing each company's business needs.
