US Military: "132 Ships Redirected, 6 Neutralized Through Hormuz Maritime Blockade"
The U.S. military announced on June 7 (local time) that it has redirected 132 ships through maritime blockade measures in areas including the Strait of Hormuz to date.
The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), which oversees U.S. forces in the Middle East, stated on X (formerly Twitter) that, as of June 7, the command has redirected 132 merchant vessels and neutralized six ships to ensure compliance with the blockade measures.
