Rain Continues Through June 8
On Sunday, June 7, rain is expected in various regions across the country.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, starting from the night of June 6, rain will begin in Jeju Island. On the morning of June 7, rain is expected in the Gyeongsang region and Jeju Island, followed by southern inland areas of Chungcheong and eastern Jeolla in the afternoon, and central regions from the night.
It has also been forecast that in northern Gyeonggi and northern Gangwon from early morning to the morning, and in eastern Jeollanam-do during the morning, there will be places where less than 0.1mm of raindrops may fall.
The expected precipitation is approximately 5mm for Busan and Ulsan; 5–20mm for inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, eastern Jeonbuk, eastern Jeonnam, Daegu, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam; and 5–10mm for Jeju Island.
By early morning on June 8, the anticipated precipitation amounts are around 5mm for Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Sejong, inland Chungnam, and Chungbuk, and less than 5mm for the eastern coast of Gangwon.
Morning low temperatures are forecast to range from 12 to 20 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 20 to 29 degrees Celsius.
The fine dust concentration is expected to be 'good' nationwide.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "In areas where rain or showers are expected on June 7 and 8, visibility will be reduced and roads may be slippery, so please pay special attention to traffic safety and accident prevention when driving." They also warned, "There may be places with gusty winds, thunder, and lightning, so please be cautious in managing facilities and preventing accidents."
