Gangbuk-gu to Launch "Bukhansan Dulle-gil Mobile Walking Challenge" Starting June 6

Seoul's Gangbuk-gu District (District Mayor Lee Soonhee) will host the "Bukhansan Dulle-gil Mobile Walking Challenge" for one month, from June 6 to July 5. The challenge route starts at the Ui-dong Meeting Square, passes through sections 1 and 2 of the Bukhansan Dulle-gil and Solbat Neighborhood Park, and ends at the entrance of the Lee Jun Martyr Memorial. The total distance is 4.3 kilometers, which takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete. Not only residents of Gangbuk-gu but also visitors to the district are eligible to participate.

View original imageTo participate, individuals should install the mobile walking platform "WalkOn" app on their smartphones, enable location information and data, and complete the designated course. After finishing, participants must press the "Enter" button within the app to be included in the prize drawing. The district will select 300 winners by lottery from among those who complete the course, awarding each a mobile Seoul Sarang Gift Certificate worth 10,000 won. Only those aged 14 or older who are eligible to register for Seoul Pay can receive the gift certificate.
