Baekhwah Women's University Achieves 'S Grade' for Five Consecutive Years in Work-Learning Dual Program Evaluation

Baewha Women's University has solidified its position as an outstanding institution in the field of work-study parallel training by achieving top-tier results for five consecutive years in the performance evaluation conducted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
On June 5, Baewha Women's University announced that its Joint Training Center was selected as one of only three universities nationwide to receive an S grade in the "Work-Study Parallel Joint Training Center Performance Evaluation" by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, out of 46 multi-operation joint training centers across the country. It is the only university in the Seoul metropolitan area to achieve this distinction. Baewha Women's University has maintained the highest grade for five consecutive years since 2021.

View original imageThis evaluation comprehensively assessed both quantitative indicators, such as the participation rate of leading companies and the pass rate of external evaluations, and qualitative indicators, including support for learning workers and field-oriented support activities. The Baewha Women's University Joint Training Center received high marks across all evaluation categories, earning recognition for its operational capabilities and training quality in the work-study parallel training program.
The Baewha Women's University Joint Training Center is currently operating both the "Advanced Work-Study Parallel (P-TECH)" program and work-study parallel courses for enrolled students. President Choo Chun-Hyun of Baewha Women's University stated, "Achieving the highest grade for five consecutive years is the result of collaboration among the university, partner companies, and learning workers," and added, "We will continue to focus on field-based work-study parallel operations going forward."

Meanwhile, the Baewha Women's University Joint Training Center is currently recruiting new training companies and learning workers to participate in the work-study parallel program for the 2027 academic year. Participating companies are eligible for government financial and policy support, while learning workers can benefit from tuition support and the opportunity to earn a degree.
