Mojtaba: "Wicked Enemies Humiliated in War, Now Attempting to Divide Iran"
Memorial Address on the 37th Anniversary of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini
Iran's new leader Mojtaba Khamenei urged unity, stating that the United States and Israel, having failed militarily, are now attempting to sow division within Iran.
On June 4 (local time), in a memorial address marking the 37th anniversary of the passing of the first supreme leader, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Mojtaba Khamenei said, "Our wicked enemies (the United States and Israel) are suffering humiliation after losing in confrontations with our brave sons in the military," adding, "Now, the enemy is deploying schemes within the framework of hybrid warfare."
He stated, "The two main focuses of their hybrid warfare are undermining the resilience of our people and causing errors in the judgment of public officials," and criticized, "The main tools used by the enemy are sowing doubt, despair, fear, distrust, and seeds of division."
He further emphasized, "To counter these malicious intentions, everyone must maintain unity and mutual trust, grounded in strong determination and insight," and called for "neutralizing their insidious plots by refusing to echo the enemy's rhetoric."
