Coloring Busan Port with My Own Hands... 'Coloring Day' at North Harbor Waterfront Park
Busan Port Authority Offers Redevelopment Space Experiences for Children and Families
The Busan Port North Harbor Waterfront Park is being transformed into an outdoor experiential space for children and families.
On June 4, the Busan Port Authority (BPA, President Song Sangkeun) announced that it will hold the "Busan Port North Harbor Coloring Day" event at the North Harbor Waterfront Park Multipurpose Plaza from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on June 7.
This event is designed to increase public interest in the North Harbor redevelopment project and to offer hands-on programs for families visiting the Waterfront Park over the weekend.
During the event, children will be able to freely color in drawings featuring the North Harbor waterfront and marina facilities, allowing them to express their own vision of the North Harbor. Through the process of completing these pictures, participants are expected to become more familiar with the North Harbor redevelopment area.
Citizens who wish to participate can simply visit the event site during the designated hours. To further support visitors' convenience, the authority will also install informational signs throughout the Waterfront Park, from Pier 1 to the Cruise Pier, in conjunction with the "North Harbor Port Village" event being held that day.
A pre-event participation activity is also being organized. The first 50 people to register via comments on the official North Harbor Redevelopment blog and visit on the day of the event will receive a North Harbor mat as a souvenir.
