This program, held over two days on May 21 and 29 at the Competency Development Room on the second floor of the International Building, was designed to enhance participants' understanding of various occupations through meetings with current employees from public institutions and companies, and to help improve their job preparation skills.

A total of 39 students and young job seekers took part in the program, where a current employee from the National Health Insurance Service and a Chosun University graduate currently working at Dongwon Systems served as mentors, sharing information about their roles, job search processes, and real-world work experiences.

The current employee from the National Health Insurance Service provided insights on the recruitment process at public institutions, the competencies required for job performance, tips for preparing for employment, and know-how for passing the selection process. The mentor from Dongwon Systems focused on production management, introducing on-site corporate experiences and examples of job performance.

Both mentors, as Chosun University alumni, shared their own experiences and advice from their job search journeys, which resonated strongly with participants and drew a high level of interest and empathy.

Yoonseong Cho, Director of the University Job Plus Center at Chosun University, stated, "I hope that the vivid experiences and advice of current professionals have provided practical help for students and young people in setting their career paths and preparing for employment," adding, "We will continue to support the successful employment of young people by operating programs that connect them with professionals from various industries."
