Fasoo AI Launches U.S. Subsidiary Symbol Logic, Accelerates Push into Global AX Market
Fasoo AI is set to accelerate its efforts to penetrate the global artificial intelligence transformation (AX) market, focusing on its U.S. subsidiary.
On June 1, Fasoo AI announced that its new U.S. subsidiary, Symbol Logic, has been officially launched. Symbol Logic is a specialized AX entity born from the integration of Fasoo AI’s U.S. subsidiary and Consilix, a U.S. AI platform and consulting company. Consilix is composed of AI experts with experience in development and operations at global big tech firms, and boasts a client base that includes leading global manufacturers and service providers.
Symbol Logic’s strategy is to combine a lightweight, high-efficiency AI architecture and consulting expertise with Fasoo AI’s data security and management capabilities, as well as its AI solutions, to help clients realize full-scale AX. The company expects to maximize synergy, as most customers adopting AI also require robust data security and management. With the majority of mid-sized and small organizations, except for some large global enterprises and institutions, struggling with AX, Symbol Logic plans to expand its mid-market client base as an AX partner, offering agentic AI applications and consulting that can be immediately applied to their businesses.
