Dyson Korea was recognized as an outstanding company in the field of gender employment equality at the '2026 Gender Employment Equality Contribution Awards' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, receiving the Minister of Employment and Labor Award.
Each year, the Ministry of Employment and Labor selects and awards companies that lead the way in advancing gender employment equality and establishing a culture of work-family balance. On June 1, Dyson Korea announced that it was recognized for its efforts to create an equal workplace by implementing a variety of policies, including equal employment opportunities, maternity protection, and support for work-family balance.
Dyson Korea operates effective welfare policies tailored to the life stages of its employees.
