Hugel Wellage Officially Launches in Olive Young Stores in the US
Accelerating Offline Expansion in North America
Hugel Co., Ltd., a global total medical aesthetics company, is accelerating its efforts to expand into the North American market as its clinical cosmetic brand 'Wellage' has officially entered Olive Young's offline stores in the United States.
Wellage announced on June 1 that it completed entry into the Olive Young Pasadena store in California, USA, on May 29, thereby securing its first offline foothold in the US market.
At the Olive Young US store, nine of Wellage’s key products, containing highly concentrated and high-purity active ingredients, will be showcased. The lineup centers on Wellage's signature product, 'Real Hyaluronic Blue 100 Ampoule', and consists of six items from the Real Hyaluronic line, two items from the Cica Calming line, and one item from the PDRN line.
Wellage’s expansion into Olive Young’s US store was made possible thanks to the excellent results achieved through its strategic collaboration with Olive Young in Korea. The 'Real Hyaluronic Blue 100 Ampoule' not only won the Essence/Serum category at last year’s Olive Young Awards, but also continues to rank among the top sellers within the channel.
Wellage had previously entered Amazon, the largest online shopping platform in the US, as well as Costco in Canada, and is currently available in 12 countries worldwide. With the expansion of such global distribution channels, Wellage has been experiencing rapid growth; from January to April this year, its overseas sales increased by approximately 95% compared to the same period last year.
