View original imageThis is the first product in Korea to link generative AI subscription benefits with uninterrupted YouTube viewing through ad-free access. With a monthly subscription fee of 29,000 won for Google AI Pro, customers can also use YouTube Premium at no additional cost. This is approximately 34% cheaper than subscribing to each service separately. Customers with LG Uplus membership status of VIP or higher can also apply a 4,000-won discount coupon as part of the "VIP Pick" benefit. The product can be subscribed to through LG Uplus's subscription service "Youdok."
LG Uplus explained that the product was launched for creators and highly engaged users who extract insights and create images using AI while consuming content. YouTube Premium offers features such as ad-free video viewing, offline downloads, and YouTube Music, while Google AI Pro provides an AI experience based on the latest "Gemini 3.1 Pro" engine. In addition, "Deep Research," which allows automatic information analysis and comprehensive report generation, and integration with Google Workspace, including Gmail, are also available. The product also includes "Google One" 5TB large-capacity cloud storage, which can be shared by up to five family members including the subscriber.
