Minji Park has reached her 20th career victory on the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour, tying the record for the most wins in tour history.
On May 31, at The Starhue Golf & Resort (par 72, 6,744 yards) in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province, Minji Park shot an 8-under-par 64 in the final third round of the KLPGA Tour Sh Suhyup Bank MBN Women's Open (total prize money of 1 billion won) to claim a come-from-behind victory with a 10-under-par total of 206. This marks her first trophy in two years since the Celltrion Queens Masters in June 2024. The winner's prize is 180 million won. Minji Park has now achieved 20 career wins, becoming only the third golfer in history to reach this milestone, following the late Okhee Koo and Jiyai Shin (both with 20 wins).

View original imageStarting five shots back in a tie for 10th place, Minji Park delivered a perfect performance by carding eight birdies without a single bogey. She laid the foundation for her comeback by making three birdies on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th holes on the front nine. On the back nine, she joined the title race with consecutive birdies on the 10th and 11th holes, followed by a birdie on the par-5 13th. She then secured crucial birdies on the par-4 16th and the final par-5 18th hole to claim the top spot on the leaderboard.

Rookie Jiyoon Kim finished as the runner-up with a 9-under-par 207. Seunghee Noh and Jihyun Lee tied for third at 8-under-par 208. Overnight leader Hyunjoo Yoo failed to improve her score after trading one birdie for one bogey, dropping to a tie for fifth at 7-under-par 209. Eunsu Jang, Soojee Kim, and Seungyeon Lee also joined the group tied for fifth. Defending champion Yoonji Jung finished tied for 41st at even-par 216.
