View original imageOn May 31, NC AI announced that it had signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with POSCO DX on May 29 for the joint development of a robot foundation model and technical cooperation.
The two companies plan to collaborate in various areas, including the optimization of vision-language-action (VLA) integrated models, the establishment of simulation environments based on digital twins, verification of robotic intelligence technology, operational stabilization, and technical support.
NC AI will focus on optimizing VLA models and building digital twins, while POSCO DX will support the configuration of test environments and technical demonstrations based on these developments.
The companies plan to continuously expand the scope of their collaboration and gradually establish a verification system for robot AI technology based on industrial environments.
