Oh Sehoon, the People Power Party candidate for Seoul Mayor, appealed for support by emphasizing the need to keep the government in check through the local elections. At a campaign rally held near Bangbae Station in Seocho-gu, Seoul on the 30th, Oh stated, "Through this local election, we must humble President Lee Jaemyung and the Democratic Party."

View original imageHe argued, "The arrogance of this government is sky-high," referencing the recent controversy over the exposure of advance ballots. He added, "Incidents like this happen because they believe they are above the law and the people."
He continued, "There is something I have devoted myself to over the past five years as mayor," explaining, "It took three years to fix the structure in which seats in government-affiliated organizations were occupied by figures related to the Democratic Party, leading to wasteful spending of the budget." He emphasized, "Every single one of your votes is sharper than a cane," and added, "Only through this election can we stop the arrogance of this administration."
Oh also said, "In the National Assembly, Assemblyman Shin Dongwook, in Seoul, myself, and in Seocho, district chief candidate Jeon Seongsu, will join forces to prevent dictatorship."
Assemblyman Shin Dongwook, who participated in the campaign to show support, appealed, "Please enable candidate Oh Sehoon and candidate Jeon Seongsu to complete the projects in Seocho together." Jeon Seongsu, Seocho District chief candidate, requested support by saying, "It is only when your votes come together that we can address the real estate issues."
