This visit was prompted by recognition of Kolmar Korea's competitiveness in beauty tech technology. The Kolmar Korea Comprehensive Technology Center is a convergence research facility that integrates laboratories for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and health functional foods, with about 700 researchers working there. Technologies developed here are applied to production bases both in Korea and overseas.
The roundtable was attended by key figures in the beauty industry, including Yoon Sang-hyun, Vice Chairman of Kolmar Group; Choi Hyun-kyu, CEO of Kolmar Korea; Yeon Jae-ho, Vice Chairman of the Korea Cosmetic Association; Seo Byung-hwi, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Amorepacific; and Kang Nae-kyu, Executive Director and CTO of LG Household & Health Care.
