Through this agreement, the two organizations will collaborate in various fields, including: ▲ discovering job opportunities and providing recruitment information for young people ▲ offering customized employment support for young job seekers ▲ providing recruitment support services at employment centers according to companies' hiring needs ▲ cooperating in the use of online recruitment platforms and recruitment promotion ▲ linking youth employment policies and corporate support programs ▲ and developing joint projects to help local youth find jobs and settle in the region.
L&F plans to actively support the expansion of recruitment for local youth and the cultivation of talent for future industries. In cooperation with the Daegu Western Employment and Labor Office, it will strengthen recruitment support and employment service connections, promote youth-focused hiring events and employment campaigns based on the Employment 24 platform, and work to establish a regionally based employment ecosystem.
In the mid- to long-term, L&F will continue to promote and facilitate the use of key Ministry of Employment and Labor programs, including corporate support schemes, and develop this into a public-private cooperative employment model that supports the employment and settlement of young people in the region.
