Coffee Prices on the Rise... The Ventii to Raise Coffee and Beverage Prices by Up to 500 Won
The Coffee Bean to Raise Vanilla Latte Stick Coffee Price by Up to 8.1%
Coffee franchises such as The Ventii and The Coffee Bean have announced consecutive price increases.
The Ventii announced on its official website on May 28 that starting from May 29, it will raise the prices of all menu items except for Americano by 100 to 500 won.

View original imageThe large size Vanilla Deep Latte will increase from 3,500 won to 3,700 won, and the jumbo size will go from 5,500 won to 5,700 won. The company also stated that the prices of Hazelnut Deep Latte, Cold Brew, and Cold Brew Latte will each be raised by 200 won, 400 won, and 400 won respectively. The Icheon Rice Latte will rise from 2,800 won to 3,300 won.
Other items subject to price hikes include Vanilla Cream Cold Brew, Hazelnut Cream Cold Brew, Icheon Rice Black Sesame Foam Latte, Jeju Cheonggyul Sparkling, Tropical Sparkling, and Lychee Chamomile Sparkling.
The Ventii explained, "Due to ongoing cost pressures caused by unstable international circumstances and significant challenges in store operations, we have been left with no other choice but to adjust the sales prices of some menu items."
The Coffee Bean will also raise the price of its Vanilla Latte stick coffee in bar packaging by up to 8.1% starting next month. This comes just five months after the company increased prices by 200 to 300 won for the decaffeinated bean change option and some drip coffee menu items in January.

Previously, Ediya Coffee raised the price of its stick coffee sold in stores by 4.3% to 15.2% starting from May 6. Banana Presso and Bruda Coffee also increased the prices of certain menu items by up to 700 won and 300 won respectively in March.
