Double-Digit Recruitment for Grade 7 Security Civil Servants
Final Results Announced in December After PSAT, Physical Fitness Test, and In-Depth Interview
The Presidential Security Service is launching an open competitive recruitment process for new security civil servants. The aim is to select talent who will embody the principles of “Open Security, Low-Profile Security” and lead the era of “Smart Security” by integrating advanced science and technology.
On May 22, the Presidential Security Service announced that it will conduct an open competitive recruitment for Grade 7 entry-level security civil servants. The number of positions to be filled is in the double digits, and applications will be accepted via email from June 15 to June 30.
The selection process consists of a written examination, physical fitness test, and in-depth interview. The written exam will be held on July 18, the same day as the first stage Public Service Aptitude Test (PSAT) for Grade 7 open competitive recruitment administered by the Ministry of Personnel Management. Afterward, applicants will undergo a physical fitness test and interviews, with the final successful candidates scheduled to be announced in December.
In this recruitment, the Security Service plans to comprehensively evaluate not only the professional expertise and physical strength required for security duties but also understanding of constitutional values, communication skills with the public, and adaptability to advanced technological environments.
An official from the Security Service stated, “Security officers must possess not only a high level of expertise to ensure the safety of the head of state, but also strictly observe constitutional values and have flexible communication skills to minimize public inconvenience.”
He continued, “We hope that many talented and passionate individuals with thorough self-management and a strong sense of mission will apply to help usher in the new era of smart security based on advanced science and technology.”
