Cha Vaccine Institute to Change Listing to AriBio Lab on the 29th
Transition to an Immune-Based Bio Platform for Degenerative Brain Diseases
Cha Vaccine Institute announced on the 22nd that, due to a change of corporate name, it will begin trading as AriBio Lab starting from the 29th.
With this change of listing, AriBio Lab will transition into a next-generation immune-based bio-platform company focused on degenerative brain diseases. The company, together with AriOne (formerly Solux) and AriBio, will pursue an integrated growth strategy connecting Alzheimer's treatments, preventive vaccines, immune platforms, and artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven healthcare.
A strategic restructuring of the group's bio business structure will also take place. Under the 'AriOne' system of Solux, AriBio will be responsible for the development of Alzheimer's treatments, while AriBio Lab will focus on prevention through vaccine and immune platform development. AriBio is currently conducting a global Phase 3 clinical trial of its oral Alzheimer's treatment AR10001, and AriBio Lab has been strengthening its vaccine development capabilities based on its proprietary immune-boosting platforms L-pampo™ and Lipo-pam™ technologies.
