Global Wealth Management Services for Family Office Clients
Hana Securities announced on the 21st that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Japanese real estate investment platform company Jureal Estate on the 19th at Hana Securities THE Center Field W in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to enhance its global wealth management services. This move comes after Hana Securities signed an agreement with a U.S. real estate investment platform company in April, and now the company is further strengthening its Japanese real estate investment advisory services.

View original imageThrough this agreement, Hana Securities will provide services to family offices and high-net-worth clients, including: ▲a one-stop solution for Japanese real estate investment, ▲sharing and advisory services for Japanese real estate investment information, ▲advancement of global wealth management services, and ▲synergy creation and asset growth through the sharing of both companies' client networks.
Jureal Estate, the collaborative partner, is a specialist investment platform company focusing on residential and commercial real estate in the five central wards of Tokyo, Japan. It offers a 'one-stop investment solution' encompassing real estate sales and brokerage, rental management, overseas investment reporting, and tax and legal support. As of the first quarter of this year, the company manages approximately KRW 300 billion in assets under management (AUM) in Japan.
