105 Units of Integrated Public Rental Housing Supplied at Gwangju Station Area Youth Innovation Town
Gyeonggi Province and Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation (GH) will conduct an additional recruitment for 105 units of integrated public rental housing at the Gwangju Station Area Youth Innovation Town from May 19 to May 22, 2026.
The integrated public rental housing program is a public housing initiative that applies differentiated rent rates based on income levels, targeting various groups such as young people, newlyweds, and the elderly. The newly available units at the Gwangju Station Area Youth Innovation Town offer stable residency for up to 10 years, or up to 14 years for households with children.
Eligible applicants must be members of a housing subscription household without home ownership as of the announcement date, and must meet the income and asset requirements set for each qualification category. Applications will be accepted online through the Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development Corporation Housing Subscription Center (apply.gh.or.kr).
