I'mweb Unveils 'AI Toolkit' Connecting AI Agents with Online Stores
Natural Language-Based Online Store Management Support
I'mweb unveiled the 'I'mweb AI Toolkit' on the 15th, designed to connect AI tools such as Claude and Codex with its proprietary online store management environment in response to the era of artificial intelligence (AI) agents.
The I'mweb AI Toolkit is a development tool that enables repetitive online store management work—including order inquiries, product management, promotion configuration, and checking review and member data—to be handled in natural language by utilizing AI agents.
By integrating AI agents with I'mweb, store operations can be managed in natural language without directly navigating the store admin interface. In addition, sensitive changes are not executed immediately; instead, a status check and pre-review process are carried out, after which the operator makes the final decision on whether to apply the changes.
