SNS Event Celebrates Expansion of Robot Delivery Until the End of This Month
Yogiyo's robot delivery service will now be available in Seoul's Seongsu area, a hub of innovative enterprises and a favorite spot for Millennials & Gen Z.
On May 12, Yogiyo announced that it has expanded its robot delivery service, operated in partnership with autonomous robot service company Neubility, to cover the Seongsu district in Seoul.
Yogiyo has secured its third major hub for robot delivery, following Incheon Songdo in 2024 and Seoul Yeoksam in 2025, by extending the service to Seongsu.
Robot delivery is a service where autonomous robots deliver food to a location specified by the customer, designed to ensure reliable delivery even in urban environments. The Seongsu area is a mixed-use urban district with both commercial and residential zones. Yogiyo aims to increase the utility of robot delivery and expand customer touchpoints by leveraging the diverse daily routes found in this complex cityscape.
To commemorate the expansion of robot delivery, Yogiyo is holding an SNS participation event for customers in Seongsu. Until May 31, users who spot a robot in the Seongsu area or use the robot delivery service can take a photo or video and upload it to Instagram with the required hashtags. Ten winners will be selected by lottery to receive points worth 30,000 won each.
Benefits are also available for robot delivery users in all regions. For every order over 10,000 won, customers can download and use a 3,000 won discount coupon exclusive to robot delivery orders. In addition to free delivery, customers will also earn points with each payment.
Starting with operations in Seongsu, Yogiyo plans to continuously expand the areas covered by its robot delivery service, aiming to build next-generation delivery infrastructure and lead urban delivery innovation.
