D.CAMP Recruiting for 8th Batch of Deep Tech Startups
For Deep Tech Startups at Pre-Series A to Series A Stages
"Support Includes Specialized VC Investment, Expert Consulting, and Mentoring"
D.CAMP, the startup growth support platform operated by the Banks Foundation for Young Entrepreneurs, is recruiting participants for the 8th batch of its deep tech program.
On May 11, a D.CAMP representative stated, "For this batch, partner venture capital (VC) firms specializing in deep tech—Aventures, IM Investment Partners, InterValue Partners, L&S Venture Capital, and SJ Investment Partners—will jointly conduct startup selection and investment."
The D.CAMP batch is a scaling-up program that supports manufacturing and technology-based startups in the pre-Series A to Series A stages. The 8th batch is recruiting deep tech startups in fields such as materials, parts, and equipment, mobility, climate tech, robotics, space and aerospace, and healthcare.
Applications can be submitted through the official D.CAMP website until June 11. The results of the document screening will be announced on July 15, followed by individual interviews. The final selection will be released on September 2. Selected startups will participate in the batch program for 12 months starting in October and will also have an opportunity to reside at D.CAMP for 18 months.
In particular, tailored consulting will be provided to match the characteristics of deep tech companies, including expertise in IP (intellectual property), patent strategy, and 1:1 customized coaching by dedicated mentors and program managers in core areas. Support for business expansion, such as PoC (proof of concept) projects with large and mid-sized companies and public institutions, as well as connections to global networks, will also be offered.
