Lotte Department Store announced on May 10 that it will be introducing the country's first-ever "Tumbler Festival" at a department store.
The event, which runs until June 11, features participation from more than 20 brands specializing in tumblers. Until May 19, the first floor atrium plaza at Lotte World Mall Jamsil will host Asia's first mega pop-up store for Hydro Flask, a brand renowned for its luxury tumblers. Hydro Flask, alongside Yeti and Owala, is one of the premium tumbler brands enjoying global popularity.

In addition, the 2026 new collection of the steady seller "Wide Flex" series will be launched, featuring colors such as Mermaid Green, Capri Blue, Popstar Pink, Cloud Pink, Shale Gray, and Harbor Blue.
During the festival, a "Tumbler Decorating Zone" (Ttumggu Zone) will be set up, offering interactive events. Here, visitors can personalize their tumblers with decorative accessories and stickers, and customers who purchase at the pop-up will also be able to receive an engraving service. Other planned activities include a "Stopwatch Event," where participants try to hit exactly 6.7 seconds—representing the typical tumbler capacity—and a "Bean Bag Toss Event," where visitors attempt to throw a tumbler into a bean bag.
Lotte Department Store branches nationwide will also host various "Tumbler Special Exhibitions." At around 20 brand stores, including Epicurean, Le Creuset, and others that carry tumblers by Thermos, Legote, and Onthego, popular tumbler products will be available for up to 80% off. In addition, between May 22 and May 25, shoppers will receive Lotte gift certificates according to their purchase amounts. During the festival, pop-up events for the Odense tumbler will also be held at locations such as the Incheon and Jungdong branches.
