This agreement was concluded in connection with the 41st Seoul International Travel Fair, which will be held from June 4 to June 7 at Hall C of COEX, Seoul. Both parties plan to establish a foundation for cooperation between the tourism industry and academia and to work together to build a sustainable model for tourism industry cooperation.
This year’s Seoul International Travel Fair will be held under the theme of “Sustainable Long-term Stay Travel.” The event will feature participation from approximately 40 countries, over 400 companies, and more than 500 booths, and will be operated as a marketplace-type international tourism fair where tourism products are sold and consumed.
The event will also offer programs aimed at revitalizing regional tourism and promoting tourism consumption, with a focus on long-term stay tourism, long-term travel content, and special travel packages.
