Foreign Ministry: "Verifying Whether Korean Vessel Was Attacked in Hormuz... No Human Casualties"
Regarding intelligence reports that a Korean vessel anchored in the Strait of Hormuz was attacked, the government announced that it is "in the process of verifying the facts" and has begun investigating the circumstances. As of now, there have been no reported human casualties.
An official from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated on the 4th, "The consular affairs bureau is currently verifying whether a Korean vessel was attacked," and added, "For now, it has been initially confirmed that there were no casualties among Korean nationals."
