Renault Korea Sells 6,199 Units in April... "Domestic Sales Impacted by Economic Instability"

Renault Korea announced on May 4 that it recorded sales of 4,025 units in the domestic market and 2,174 units for export in April, totaling 6,199 units sold.
In the domestic market, 2,139 units of the FILANTE, 1,550 units of the Grand Koleos, and 336 units of the Arkana were sold. Sales of hybrid models reached 3,527 units, accounting for 87.6% of domestic sales.
All 2,139 units of the FILANTE sold were hybrids, while 1,337 out of 1,550 units (86.3%) of the Grand Koleos were hybrid vehicles.
Export sales totaled 2,174 units, consisting of 894 units of the Grand Koleos (export name: New Renault Koleos), 260 units of the Arkana, and 1,020 units of the Polestar 4.

A Renault Korea representative stated, "We believe that continued economic instability, including recent increases in oil prices, has impacted our domestic sales performance in April. To allow more customers to directly experience the proven product competitiveness and high efficiency of our hybrid E-Tech models, we plan to hold customer engagement promotions, such as nationwide roadshows, starting in May."
