GS Engineering & Construction Selected as Contractor for 680 Billion Won Seocho Jinheung Apartment Reconstruction Project
GS Engineering & Construction announced on the 4th that it has been selected as the contractor for the reconstruction and maintenance project of Seocho Jinheung Apartment in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
This project involves constructing 879 residential units and various community facilities in five buildings, ranging from five basement floors to 58 above-ground floors, in the area of 385 Seocho-daero, Jinheung Apartment.
The planned construction cost is 679.3 billion won, which accounts for 5.46% of the consolidated revenue recorded last year. The construction period is set at 53 months from the commencement date.

GS Engineering & Construction was the sole bidder in both rounds of the contractor bidding, resulting in a negotiated contract. The cooperative held a general meeting on the 1st of this month and officially selected GS Engineering & Construction as the contractor.
